Our Chartered Building Surveying knowledge is also brought to the table to ensure the design not only looks great, but works and the choice of materials and techniques are suitable.

We can prepare the necessary documentation and drawings to obtain Planning and Building Regulation Approval. When making an application, it is important to make sure that a fully completed set of details are submitted. We have the knowledge and understanding of the regulations to successfully gain Approval, whilst still obtaining the Client’s objectives.

PA Surveyors also have experience in dealing with altering Listed Buildings, to include preparing the necessary detailed drawings and Heritage Statements. Where possible, we will give guidance on the options available and likelihood of gaining Approval.
